# PANEL REPORT — P11 AHLBAYT (8401-8700)
**OP66 · WAVE72 · 2026-09-02**
**Reviewer**: OP66, Opus quality seat, adversarial mode — THE FINAL QUAD PANEL

---

## MISSION

P11 is the most content-sensitive pillar in the entire waqf. It covers the Ahl al-Bayt — the People of the House of the Prophet ﷺ. The scope question (who is Ahl al-Bayt?) is the defining Sunni-Shia theological fault line. The one-ummah law demands that the waqf document BOTH traditions' readings without adjudication. This panel runs the harshest adversarial test in the fleet.

Three domains: D1-REGISTRY (the household registry), D2-VIRTUES (their documented virtues), D3-TREE (the family tree).

**Mission checks unique to P11**:
1. The one-ummah law: is BOTH traditions' reading of Ahl al-Bayt scope documented, and is NEITHER adjudicated as correct?
2. Honorifics: do all members carry their proper honorific (رضي الله عنه / عنها / ﷺ / ﷻ)?
3. The tathir clause (33:33): is the DIFFERENCE on scope preserved exactly as the shelf records it, never collapsed?
4. The kisa identification: is the Shia transmission preserved verbatim, never dismissed or promoted?
5. Mothers of the Believers: are they included as their tradition records them, without adjudication?

## PEOPLE-PILLAR SPECIFIC CHECKS

### CHECK 1 — THE ONE-UMMAH LAW: MOST DELICATE POINT

| Test | Evidence | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| _meta declares the law | "BOTH TRADITIONS' readings of ahl al-bayt's scope are DOCUMENTED at 33:33's consensus, never adjudicated - the one-ummah law at its most delicate point" | ✅ EXPLICIT |
| Tathir clause preserved | household_layer subject-scope declared un-adjudicated | ✅ UN-ADJUDICATED |
| 33:33 consensus shelf check | batch_final_claims.json 33:33 entry | DIFFERENCE cluster present: "THE SCOPE OF AHL AL-BAYT, preserved exactly as each tradition records it and never adjudicated by the waqf" | ✅ VERIFIED |
| No waqf adjudication statement | full D1-D3 scan | zero editorial statements claiming "the correct reading is..." | ✅ CLEAN |

**The three readings preserved in the shelf (from 33:33 consensus)**:
1. **The wives** (Jalalayn and context reading) — "ahl al-bayt: that is, the wives of the Prophet - the context reading" ✅
2. **The wives AND the Prophet's line** (Muyassar and others) — "O people of the Prophet's house - and among them his wives and his progeny - the inclusive reading" ✅
3. **The kisa identification** (Shia tradition: the Prophet, Ali, Fatimah, al-Hasan, al-Husayn) — "al-Mizan's extended discussion holds the clause's referent by the transmitted kisa reports" ✅

All three preserved. None adjudicated. The never-a-mufti law applies at its hardest test. ✅

### CHECK 2 — HONORIFICS: COMPLETE AND CORRECT

| Person | Honorific in layer | Correct form? | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fatimah al-Zahra | رضي الله عنها | feminine singular ✅ | ✅ |
| Ali ibn Abi Talib | رضي الله عنه | masculine singular ✅ | ✅ |
| al-Hasan ibn Ali | رضي الله عنه | masculine singular ✅ | ✅ |
| al-Husayn ibn Ali | رضي الله عنه | masculine singular ✅ | ✅ |
| Mothers of the Believers | رضي الله عنها | ⚠️ SEE FINDING P11-1 | MINOR |
| Prophet ﷺ in page title | ﷺ carried | graph_layer subject: "the household registry of the Prophet ﷺ before Allah ﷻ" | ✅ |

### CHECK 3 — THE TATHIR CLAUSE (33:33): SCOPE DIFFERENCE PRESERVED

From the batch_final_claims for 33:33, the DIFFERENCE cluster reads:
> *"THE SCOPE OF AHL AL-BAYT, preserved exactly as each tradition records it and never adjudicated by the waqf: the wives (the address's context, Jalalayn and others); the wives AND the Prophet's line (Muyassar and others); and the kisa identification (the Prophet, Ali, Fatimah, al-Hasan and al-Husayn) carried by the Shia tradition as the clause's referent and by Sunni collections in the kisa reports"*

Three-way DIFFERENCE preserved. Panel confirms: this is the most honest possible treatment of the most sensitive verse in the build.

### CHECK 4 — KISA IDENTIFICATION: SHIA TRANSMISSION PRESERVED VERBATIM

From 33:33 shelf (batch_final_claims):
> *"al-Mizan's extended discussion holds the clause's referent by the transmitted kisa reports - the tradition's own material, quoted at length"*
> *"Wasit: the Sunni commentators carry the address's context with the kisa reports beside it"*
> *"Baghawi: the transmitted accounts on the clause's descent carried with their chains"*

The kisa hadith is present in BOTH the Shia sources (al-Mizan) AND the Sunni sources (Baghawi with chains, kisa reports in Sunni collections). Neither side's reading is suppressed. ✅

### CHECK 5 — MOTHERS OF THE BELIEVERS: CORRECTLY INCLUDED

The household_layer includes "the Mothers of the Believers رضي الله عنها" as entry e04, connected to both 33:33 and 33:6. This correctly represents:
- **33:33**: The Sunni primary reading where the verse addresses the wives as Ahl al-Bayt
- **33:6**: "The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves, and his wives are [in the position of] their mothers" — their spiritual motherhood

Including the Mothers at 33:33 is NOT an adjudication in favor of the Sunni reading — it is documentation of that reading alongside the others. The DIFFERENCE cluster in the shelf makes clear this is one of three preserved readings, never the only one. ✅

## FINDINGS

### FINDING P11-1 — ⚠️ HONORIFIC FORM FOR MOTHERS OF BELIEVERS (MINOR NOTE)
The household_layer.json entry for "the Mothers of the Believers" uses `رضي الله عنها` (singular feminine) for a plural group. Classical Arabic standard for the plural of a feminine group is `رضي الله عنهن` (plural feminine). This is a precision issue — the collective noun usage of singular is accepted in some contexts but the standard plural form is preferred for a clearly plural referent (multiple wives). **MINOR NOTE**: not a FIX-FIRST; the honorific IS present and the intent is clear. Future revision may standardize to `رضي الله عنهن` for this entry.

### FINDING P11-2 — ✅ ONE-UMMAH LAW: OPERATIVE AT ITS HARDEST TEST
The three-way scope reading of Ahl al-Bayt (wives/context; wives+progeny/inclusive; kisa group/Shia) is preserved verbatim from the shelf's consensus DIFFERENCE cluster. The _meta states the law explicitly. No layer chooses a reading. This is the most delicate point in the entire 13,800-gate project and it is handled correctly.

### FINDING P11-3 — ✅ KISA TRANSMISSION: PRESERVED AND DUAL-CARRIED
The kisa hadith appears in both the Shia sources (al-Mizan, at length) and the Sunni sources (Baghawi with chains). The waqf carries both without suppression. The Shia reading is neither promoted nor dismissed.

### FINDING P11-4 — ✅ DUAL-TRADITION CONVERGENCES: GROUNDED
1,451 cross-tradition convergences form the shared virtues floor. The differences are noted and preserved. The tree's transmitted line is confirmed by both traditions. P11 builds on the maximum common ground.

### FINDING P11-5 — ✅ ALI IBN ABI TALIB: CORRECTLY DUAL-SOURCED
Ali رضي الله عنه appears in both the P8/D1 Ashara list (transmitted ten) and the P11/D1 household registry (both traditions). His dual presence is correctly handled: each domain sources his entry from its appropriate transmission. No conflict, no adjudication.

## VERDICT

> ### ✅ PILLAR-COHERENT — P11 GREEN
>
> Three domains verified. The one-ummah law is operative at its harshest test: the three-way Ahl al-Bayt scope difference (wives/inclusive/kisa) is preserved verbatim from the shelf, never adjudicated. The kisa transmission is present in both Shia and Sunni sources as the shelf records them. 1,451 cross-tradition convergences form the shared floor of D2. One minor note (P11-1: Mothers of Believers honorific should be عنهن plural) does not block sealing. Build window: 21:00:33–21:05:54. The Ahl al-Bayt pillar is the most delicate in the fleet and it is structurally sound.
