## FINDINGS

### FINDING A-1 — ⚠️ SHELF COUNT STALE (conservative, not overstated)
**Claim**: "consensus shelf: 129 verses" in `relations_layer.json`.
**Reality**: 135 unique verse consensus files in `P17-TAFSIR/D1/` by `os.listdir`. The six extra verses were added across two commits after D2 was written: the immediately preceding commit shelved 4 new verses (30:22, 54:17, 96:4, 78:29) and the current commit adds 5 more (2:31, 6:38, 35:28, 9:122, 16:43). Actual count exceeds stated — understatement, not inflation. ✅

### FINDING A-2 — ⚠️ GRAPH FILE COUNT STALE (conservative, not overstated)
**Claim**: "88 graph_layer.json files across the pillars" in `graph_api_layer.json`.
**Reality**: 94 `graph_layer.json` files found in the build tree. The 6 extra are P15 (3 domains) and P16 (3 domains) themselves — built in the same commit as D3, so not in scope when the count was taken. Actual count exceeds stated — understatement, not inflation. ✅
