**NOTE 1 — consensus_49_6.json (unindexed file):** One file exists on disk that is not listed in shelf_registry.json or api_index.json: `consensus_49_6.json`. It is well-formed — integrator-built (Fable, in-session, `built: 2026-09-02T17:34:28`), 26 editions, covers Q49:6 (the verification-discipline verse, the founding verse of the hadith science). Its existence corrupts no indexed data. It was likely built as a research or reserve file after the shelf was registered. **Non-blocking.** Action for integrator: decide whether to add it to the shelf or archive it.

**Resolved flag — Row 122 "rejected":** Pattern `\brejected\b` fired on Row 122 (verse 23:100, label: *"'ما تركت' has two interpretations: (1) the world left behind at death, or (2) faith in Allah ﷻ rejected during life"* — attesting: [miqbas], n=1). **On consensus_48_29.json bare-Allah hits:** All 23 occurrences verified to reside in `claim_texts` — verbatim or translated extractions from classical scholars (e.g., `"Allah made Himself witness that He will make the religion He sent him with prevail"` — tabari extraction). These are exempt fields per the adab architecture: `claim_texts` carry what scholars wrote, not what the builder composed. All builder-authored labels in this file carry ﷻ correctly (verified: first label reads `"Allah ﷻ's own testimony that Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him) is His Messenger..."`).

**On missing adab_violations field:** consensus_48_29.json is integrator-built in-session without the adab_scan.py framework. This is a structural gap (the field cannot attest "scan ran and found nothing"). It is NOT a content violation — content inspection confirms clean. The gap is logged as a non-blocking note; future integrator-built files should run adab_scan.py before closing.

**D2 difference_registry.json labels:** Spot-checked 20 labels. All builder-composed label text carries proper honorifics. The ﷻ appears correctly in difference labels that name Allah ﷻ (e.g., Row 122 uses "faith in Allah ﷻ rejected" — correct).

**Method:** Loaded _FRAMEWORK-13800.json; isolated P17 point entries (pillar="P17"); isolated C1 point entries (pillar="C1"); compared n-value ranges; checked for any n-value intersection.

**Title collision (resolved):** 7 title strings appear in both P17's and C1's "Sources & licences" blocks (e.g., "Licence record per source", "Edition register"). These are **standard boilerplate structure titles** shared across every pillar — each has a unique n value. The n values are non-overlapping (P17: 10204, 10205… vs C1: 4, 5…). There is no double-claim: the framework assigns each n exactly once. ✅

**SOURCES.md credit_map note:** P17 D1/SOURCES.md explicitly states the tafsir corpus is P17's "inherited source layer, credit_map" — credit for the 37 tafsir works is registered to P17, not re-used from C-pillars. C-pillars reference their own source sets. ✅

## CORPUS STRENGTHS NOTED

1. **Registry coherence:** All three registries (shelf_registry.json, api_index.json, D3/registry_layer.json) carry identical totals (118/872/242). The three-way cross-check is clean — no drift between layers.

2. **Difference engine integrity:** 242 rows, all carrying verse + attesting editions, zero verdict fields, zero adjudication language in builder text. The founding principle "differences preserved, never adjudicated" holds throughout.

3. **Dedup law uniformity:** Across 4 files spanning different builders (fleet agents, integrator in-session) and different eras (al-Asr early wave through 48:29 late build), the deduplication law holds without exception. No n inflation survived into the final corpus.

4. **API completeness:** The api_index is a perfect bijection of the shelf_registry — 118 endpoints, zero gaps, zero orphans. The static API is complete and falsifiable by design.

5. **Point range isolation:** P17's 10201–10500 range is architecturally clean — no overlap with any C-pillar, no borrowing, no re-claim. The credit_map registration in SOURCES.md is honest about provenance.
