## FINDINGS

### FINDING B-1 — ⚠️ STALE COUNTS (conservative, not overstated)
**Claim**: 79 `pages_trilingual.html`, 82 `education_pack.json`.
**Reality**: 85 pages, 88 packs on disk (counted by glob, tool-verified). All actual counts EXCEED stated counts. The layers were built at `2026-09-02T20:05:59`; additional pillars (including P25, P24, P20 themselves) were built after the count was taken. The honesty law is upheld — no inflation, only understatement. Counts should be refreshed at next layer rebuild.

### FINDING B-2 — ⚠️ URDU JUNAGARHI CLAIM LOCATION
**Claim**: "5 full translations in quran.json + 74 in the wider corpus (credit_map) + Urdu Junagarhi version-stamped on every page."
**Reality**: `quran.json` holds 5 English translations (hilali, sahih, pickthall, yusufali, arberry). No Urdu column in the per-ayah data. The Junagarhi reference is correct as a corpus asset label (in credit_map / page headers), not as an ayah-level translation field in `quran.json`. The claim is accurate in substance but mixes what is in `quran.json` vs what is in corpus metadata.

### FINDING B-3 — ⚠️ ENDPOINT COUNT DISCREPANCY
**Claim**: "125 self-describing endpoints" in `distribution_layer.json`.
**Reality**: `api_index.json` totals field shows `verses: 119`. Glob of `P17/D1/consensus_*.json` = 128 files (the actual consensus endpoints). The "125" figure may be a snapshot from a prior count. All three numbers (119/125/128) point to the same corpus but at different moments. Not an overstatement — the actual count (128) exceeds 125. Stale snapshot, conservative direction.
